Job Description
Auger dispensers are equipped with electronic scales, on which the operator sets the dose weight. The range of one dose weight is adjustable from 1 to 30 kg. The dispenser is equipped with a frequency converter, with which it is possible to organize smooth product addition for precise dosing.
The operator places the container on the electronic scale. Presses a button or pedal, after which dosing occurs. After dosing, the product supply is turned off and the signal light turns on. The operator removes the container and all actions are repeated.
Peculiarities
The auger dispenser can work in a set with a mixer or as independent equipment. In this case, the auger dispenser is additionally equipped with a receiving hopper and a mixer.
Equipping the mixer with a screw dispenser will allow you to:
– increase productivity;
– eliminate operator contact with the finished product;
– achieve accurate weighing;
– minimize dusting during unloading and dosing;
– save working space.
Equipment
At the Customer’s request, the dispenser can be additionally equipped with a device for attaching the bag to electronic scales with a dust removal pipe.
