Job Description
The basis of the working mechanism of the mill are metal plates (hammers) made of durable metal.
The principle of operation of the mill is based on grinding the product due to rotating hammers. The product from the storage bin gets into the working area of the grinder, the bin has a gate valve with which you can regulate the flow of the incoming product into the grinder. After grinding, the product passes through a calibrating mesh and gets into a bag, which is fixed on the frame of the grinder.

The hammer mill is well suited for obtaining fine grinding, dust-like fraction. The fraction size can be adjusted by the speed of rotation of the hammers and sieves. The hammer mill can grind granulated products, grains, various herbs, roots, seeds to obtain tablet masses, crystalline materials such as salt, sugar, coal, chalk, etc.
Thanks to the presence of replaceable sieves, the hammer mill allows you to obtain a product of different fractions.
The crusher allows you to obtain a fraction of up to 100 microns.
