Konnte man vor f\u00fcnf Jahren noch 200 Gramm Kerne nur bei Stra\u00dfenh\u00e4ndlern kaufen, findet man sie heute in jedem Supermarkt, Gesch\u00e4ft oder Kiosk in bunten T\u00fcten mit dem begehrten Aufdruck.<\/p>\n<p>Es gibt sie in verschiedenen Gr\u00f6\u00dfen: wei\u00df, gelb, schwarz, transparent, 100 g, 200 g, 500 g \u2013 ganz nach Belieben. Und erstaunlicherweise bleibt die Nachfrage trotz des gro\u00dfen Angebots ungebrochen: Die T\u00fcten sind st\u00e4ndig ausverkauft, und wie Pilze nach dem Regen schie\u00dfen neue Hersteller und neue Verpackungen wie Pilze aus dem Boden.<\/p>\n<p>Angesichts dieser Begeisterung kam kaum jemand auf die Idee, selbst abgepackte, ger\u00f6stete Sonnenblumenkerne herzustellen. Doch wie r\u00f6stet man sie im industriellen Ma\u00dfstab? Tats\u00e4chlich ist alles ganz einfach.<\/p>\n<p>Sonnenblumenkerne lassen sich sowohl vollautomatisch als auch halbautomatisch r\u00f6sten und verpacken. Die zweite Methode ist kosteng\u00fcnstiger, da die Anschaffung teurer Anlagen g\u00fcnstiger ist, erfordert aber die st\u00e4ndige aktive Mitarbeit von Menschen im Verpackungsprozess. Bei der vollautomatischen Methode muss zun\u00e4chst in teure Anlagen (automatische R\u00f6st-, Verpackungs- und Abf\u00fcllanlage) investiert werden, danach laufen alle Arbeitsschritte jedoch mit der gew\u00fcnschten Genauigkeit automatisch ab.
