Die horizontale Abf\u00fcll- und Verpackungsmaschine AF-35-D<\/strong> ist f\u00fcr die kontinuierliche Herstellung von Verpackungsbeuteln in Form von Doy-Packs konzipiert. Sie eignet sich f\u00fcr vordosierte Lebensmittel und Non-Food-Produkte wie frei flie\u00dfende, fl\u00fcssige und past\u00f6se Produkte (z. B. M\u00fcsli, Zucker, Kaffee, Tee, Getreide, N\u00fcsse, Mayonnaise, Ketchup).<\/p>\n

Die horizontale Verpackungsmaschine<\/strong> ist ein universell einsetzbares Ger\u00e4t, das sowohl als eigenst\u00e4ndige Verpackungsanlage als auch als Teil von Abf\u00fcll- und Verpackungslinien mit volumetrischen oder w\u00e4getechnischen Dosierern eingesetzt werden kann.<\/p>\n

Arbeitsbeschreibung.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Der Bediener legt einen Stapel Pakete in den Akkumulator. Mithilfe eines Drehmechanismus mit Vakuumsaugern wird das Paket entnommen und in den Arbeitsbereich transportiert.<\/p>\n

Nachdem das Paket im Arbeitsbereich angekommen ist und alle Maschineneinheiten einen Zyklus durchlaufen haben, bef\u00f6rdert der Querbalken des Pakettransportmechanismus alle Pakete im Arbeitsbereich zur n\u00e4chsten Bearbeitungsstufe.<\/p>\n

Das in die \u00d6ffnungsposition gebrachte Paket wird beidseitig von Saugn\u00e4pfen erfasst und gedehnt. Der unverschlossene Deckel \u00f6ffnet sich, und falls der ZIP-Verschluss geschlossen ist, wird er nach hinten gebogen. Die Greifer des ZIP-\u00d6ffnungsmechanismus greifen zwischen die gebogenen Kanten des Deckels und schlie\u00dfen sich. Nachdem sie die Kanten des Pakets fixiert haben, bewegen sich die Greifer in entgegengesetzte Richtungen auseinander, \u00f6ffnen den ZIP-Verschluss und fahren anschlie\u00dfend nach oben.<\/p>\n

Ein Kegel wird in das Paket mit dem ge\u00f6ffneten Deckel in die entsprechende Position abgesenkt. Nachdem der Boden des Beutels erreicht ist, \u00f6ffnen sich die sich \u00f6ffnenden Teile des Kegels und verleihen dem Beutel eine dreidimensionale Form. Anschlie\u00dfend f\u00e4hrt der Kegel in die obere Position.<\/p>\n

Nachdem der Beutel mithilfe des vertikalen Kastens ge\u00f6ffnet wurde, f\u00e4hrt dieser mit geschlossenen Klappen in den oberen Teil des vollst\u00e4ndig ge\u00f6ffneten Beutels und wird in die Bef\u00fcllposition gebracht. Die Klappen \u00f6ffnen sich, und die Produktmenge aus dem Dosierer gelangt durch den Einf\u00fclltrichter und den Kasten in den Beutel. Danach f\u00e4hrt der Kasten in die obere Position.<\/p>\n

Die n\u00e4chste Einheit dehnt die Oberseite des Beutels mit speziellen federbelasteten Fingern und bereitet ihn so f\u00fcr den letzten Arbeitsschritt \u2013 das Verschlie\u00dfen \u2013 vor.<\/p>\n

Beim Schlie\u00dfen der Schlitten klemmen die Schwei\u00dfplatten den bef\u00fcllten Beutel mit gedehnter Oberseite in Position und verschwei\u00dfen die obere Naht. Gleichzeitig schlie\u00dfen die Gummistreifen den ZIP-Verschluss.<\/p>\n

Der bef\u00fcllte und oben gedehnte Beutel wird zur Position der oberen Nahtschwei\u00dfeinheit bewegt, von den Schwei\u00dfpolstern fixiert und die obere Naht verschwei\u00dft. Gleichzeitig werden die Gummistreifen geschlossen und der ZIP-Verschluss verriegelt.<\/p>\n

Nachdem die obere Nahtschwei\u00dfeinheit ge\u00f6ffnet ist, f\u00e4llt der Beutel in die Rutsche und wird \u00fcber diese zum Beh\u00e4lter oder zum Auslaufband transportiert.<\/p>\n

Im Automatikbetrieb werden alle Antriebsbefehle von der Steuerung gesendet. Die Maschine stoppt bei leeren Beuteln, Produkt im Trichter oder im Notfall. Informationen zum Stoppgrund werden auf dem Bedienfeld der Maschine angezeigt.<\/p>\n

Besonderheiten.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die Doypack-Abf\u00fcllmaschine der Serie AF-35-DV dient der automatischen Abf\u00fcllung nahezu aller Arten von rieself\u00e4higen Produkten (Kaffee, Tee, Gew\u00fcrze, Salz, Zucker, Getreide etc.) in vorgefertigte Doypack-Beutel.<\/p>\n

Dank des linearen Dosierwaagensystems erm\u00f6glicht diese Anlage die hochpr\u00e4zise Abf\u00fcllung (Dosierung) der Produkte in die Beutel. Die Dosierwaage verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen Speicher f\u00fcr 15 Programme, wodurch h\u00e4ufige Umstellungen auf unterschiedliche Produkte entfallen. Die Verpackungseinheit der Maschine ist f\u00fcr Doypack-Beutel in verschiedenen, in den technischen Daten spezifizierten Gr\u00f6\u00dfen geeignet. Die Fertigung von Anlagen mit individuellen Parametern ist m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n

Die Abf\u00fcllanlage ist im Modell AF-35-DV mit verschiedenen Dosierwaagensystemen (1, 2, 3 oder 4 Str\u00f6me) erh\u00e4ltlich. Das Modell AF-35-DV1 verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen Wiege- und Dosierstrom mit einer Kapazit\u00e4t von bis zu 300 Packungen\/Stunde. Das Modell AF-35-DV4 verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber vier Wiege- und Dosierstr\u00f6me mit einer Kapazit\u00e4t von bis zu 1200 Packungen\/Stunde. Die Verpackungsmaschine kann zudem mit anderen Dosiersystemen verbunden werden (Mehrkopf-Wiegekombination, volumetrische Schneckenpumpe, volumetrische Fl\u00fcssigkeitspumpe, volumetrisches Karussell oder F\u00f6rderband).<\/p>\n
