Die Beutelformmaschine<\/strong> ist f\u00fcr die kontinuierliche Produktion von Doypack-Verpackungen ausgelegt<\/strong>. Zur Herstellung der Beutel werden ein- und mehrlagige Verpackungsfolien<\/strong> (au\u00dfer einlagigem Polyethylen) verwendet.<\/p>\n

Die automatische Linie besteht aus einer Verpackungsformmaschine<\/strong> und einer Vorrichtung<\/strong> zum Versiegeln und Lagern der fertigen Doypack-Beutel.<\/p>\n

Die Beutelmaschine<\/strong> erm\u00f6glicht die Formung und Produktion von Doypack-Beuteln<\/strong> in verschiedenen Ausf\u00fchrungen mit einer Kapazit\u00e4t von bis zu 1800 Beuteln pro Stunde.<\/p>\n

Arbeitsbeschreibung.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die Polymerfolie wird mittels eines vom Controller gesteuerten elektrischen Antriebs von der Rolle abgewickelt. Anschlie\u00dfend wird sie \u00fcber ein Walzensystem mit Spannvorrichtung der Falteinheit zugef\u00fchrt, die den Boden (flach oder gew\u00f6lbt) mit vorgebohrten Perforationen f\u00fcr eine sichere Nahtversiegelung formt.<\/p>\n

Nach der Bodenformung durchl\u00e4uft die Folie die Einheit zum Versiegeln des Bodens und des ZIP-Verschlusses (nicht im Standardpaket enthalten) und anschlie\u00dfend die Einheit zum Versiegeln der vertikalen N\u00e4hte des geformten Doypack-Beutels. Nach dem Versiegeln der N\u00e4hte sendet der Controller ein Signal zum Einziehen der Beutel in den Akkumulator. Gleichzeitig mit dem Versiegeln der Doypack-N\u00e4hte wird der Trennmechanismus durch eine pneumatische Schere ausgel\u00f6st.<\/p>\n

Die Siegeleinheit der Beutelformmaschine arbeitet nach dem Prinzip der Konstantheizung (Euro-Bag-Siegelung). Die Maschine verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber vertikal angeordnete Schwei\u00dfbacken, die in der f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Doypacks \u00fcblichen Schrittanzahlen hintereinander angeordnet sind. Bei ZIP-Verschl\u00fcssen ist die Schwei\u00dfeinheit mit einer horizontalen Schwei\u00dfbacke ausgestattet.<\/p>\n

Die Beutelmaschine wird von einer Steuerung geregelt, die das Vorhandensein, Verklemmen oder Rei\u00dfen der Folie sowie weitere Betriebsmodi und Notfallsituationen wie Luftdruck, Z\u00e4hlerstand usw. \u00fcberwacht.<\/p>\n

Besonderheiten.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Doy-Packs sind eine spezielle Art flexibler Verpackung. Es handelt sich um Polymerbeutel mit Boden, die dem bef\u00fcllten Inhalt Stabilit\u00e4t verleihen.<\/p>\n

Die automatische Beutelmaschine produziert Doy-Pack-Beutel f\u00fcr die Verpackung von Sch\u00fctt- und Fl\u00fcssigprodukten wie Tee, Granulat, gefriergetrocknetem Kaffee, gemahlenem Kaffee und ganzen Bohnen, Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Kondensmilch usw.<\/p>\n

Die Maschine ist f\u00fcr den Standbetrieb mit verstellbaren St\u00fctzen konzipiert. Sie ist in einer Ausf\u00fchrung (Modell ADP-1) erh\u00e4ltlich und kann mit zus\u00e4tzlichen Einheiten erweitert werden (siehe Abschnitt \u201eAusstattung\u201c).<\/p>\n
