• The package or container is placed on electronic scales by the operator.
• When the operator presses the dosing start button, the electric drive sets the auger in motion and, as it rotates, it moves the product into the packaging placed on the scales;
• The package is filled, creates an impact on the scale platform, to which the load cell is attached, which in turn sends a signal to the control unit, which, based on the signal received from the scale, controls the process of filling the package to the set weight. To increase productivity, rough dosing is carried out first, and then precise. All this happens automatically.
