We are aware of all the difficulties that you may encounter when organizing the process of filling and packaging croissants. We have developed an automatic line for packing products in a polymer pillow bag with a dosing error of ± 6 grams.
A combination of our transport equipment and a filling and packaging machine with a multi-head weigher for dividing into portions (by weight), as well as packing croissants in a pillow bag. You can always be sure that the products will be packed on time.
The loading conveyor ZT-3 is used to feed piece products into the loading hopper of a multi-head weigher. The conveyor can also be used for other purposes (loading bulk product into storage tanks, lifting and transporting the product, and for other purposes).
The conveyor is equipped with a storage hopper and a device for monitoring the filling of the destination hopper (doser, packaging machine), which makes it possible to maintain the required level of the product, facilitating a continuous filling/packaging process. When the destination bin is full, the control device stops the conveyor belt until the product level drops.
The main advantage of this model of equipment AF-50-V10, in comparison with analogues, is high accuracy of weighing of products (due to combination of weighing buckets and their summation to the maximum specified weight), as well as its use for packing and packaging croissants. The machine is equipped with a touch control unit. Allows recording in memory up to 40 types of products.
For operation of the equipment, a mandatory condition is the complete set of the machine with loading conveyor ЗТ-1, ЗТ-3, as well as a compressor unit.
The outfeed conveyor in the line is used to take finished products from the packaging machine to the receiving table, with subsequent packing of the goods in group containers by a person. This conveyor is widely used for other purposes.
The conveyor has an angle of inclination of up to 40 °, which makes it possible to move the packaged products to a height of up to 750 mm. The conveyor belt has transverse ribs that prevent the packaged goods from slipping.
The principle of operation of the automatic line for filling and packaging croissants
The croissants are fed via a loading conveyor into the receiving funnel of the multihead weigh batcher. The product is fed via a vibrating chute into the weighing buckets. In each bucket, the received portion of the product is weighed separately, after which the weight information is sent to the computing unit. After calculating various combinations of product weight, the computing unit selects the optimal combination of filling the package and sends a signal to the selected buckets with the product. The selected buckets open and the product is fed into the synchronization bucket, after which it is fed, through the funnel of the packaging machine, into the formed pillow package.
The operation of the packaging machine is controlled by a microcontroller located in the control unit, which, after dispensing a dose of croissants, activates the packaging material pulling mechanism. When pulling, the roll is unwound and the film is rolled up, through the collar, into a sleeve around the tube. Having pulled the film to the required distance, the microcontroller activates the soldering unit.
The soldering unit uses the principle of constant heating and in one step simultaneously seals the top seam of the filled package, the bottom and side seams of the next package with the “Euroche” type of seam. At the same time, at the moment of welding, the filled package is separated by cutting the film with a mechanical toothed knife. The cut package falls onto the discharge conveyor.
