The loading conveyor ZTSh-1 for bulk dust-forming products is used to feed products requiring packing and packaging into the receiving hopper of the AF-35-Sh packing machine. The conveyor is also used with other packing machines and conveyor belts.
The principle of operation of the conveyor, dusting product (cocoa powder, starch, powdered sugar, etc.) from the loading hopper through a metal pipe with the help of a screw placed in it is fed into the hopper of the filling and packaging machine. This design minimizes the formation of dust products.
ZTSH-1 is equipped with its own storage bin with a capacity of 80 liters, as well as a control unit for filling the bin of the packaging machine. The control unit allows you to set the required level of products in the bin of the packaging machine, which allows you to set up a continuous cycle of packaging. The bin loading control sensor allows you to feed the product when its level reaches a specified minimum, and stop the feed screw when the loading rate is reached.
The AF-35-SH packaging machine is the best option for packaging products that generate food dust. This model of the machine allows you to change the size of the product dose. The dose is carried out by volumetric dosing not by weight, but by the number of revolutions of the screw. When changing the packaged product, it is necessary to take into account its density, since with the same number of revolutions for different products, the weight of the portions may differ.
Operating principle of the filling and packaging machine for dust-forming bulk products
The dusty product is poured into the tube of the sleeve-forming device along the walls of the hopper neck. An auger passes vertically through the neck and the tube, the upper point of which is attached to the electric drive. The product spills through the neck, filling the voids between the auger and the inner part of the tube. At the bottom of the tube there is a valve that prevents the product from spilling on its own.
After receiving a signal from the control unit of the machine, the auger is driven by the electric drive. The rotating auger begins to move the product from the hopper to the lower point of the tube. The number of revolutions of the auger per minute depends on the specified value on the frequency converter. In parallel with the start of the auger, the electric drive activates the “stirrers” located in the hopper, which performs the mixing function and facilitates better flow of the product into the neck.
During the rotation of the screw, the valve located at the bottom of the tube opens and the product moved by the screw enters the sleeve formed by the packaging film, which has already sealed the bottom. After reaching the number of pulses set on the counter, the power supply to the electric drive is stopped, the screw stops and the valve on the tube closes, cutting off the release of the product dose into the packaging blank. At the same time, the counter sends a pulse to the microcontroller, which controls the operation of the packaging machine.
Having received an impulse, the microcontroller activates the soldering unit using pneumatic drives. The soldering unit uses the principle of constant heating and simultaneously seals the top seam of the filled package, the bottom and side seams of the next package with the “Euroche” type of seam in one go.
During the welding process, the horizontal jaws of the soldering unit (carriage) are shifted downwards by the set length of the package. Since the jaws move downwards without unclenching, they pull the packaging film along with them. The roll is unwound and the film is rolled up, through the collar, into a sleeve around the tube.
When the carriage reaches the bottom point, the filled package is separated by cutting the film with a mechanical serrated knife.
The outfeed conveyor in the line is used to take finished products from the packaging machine to the receiving table, with subsequent packaging of the goods in group containers by a person. This conveyor is also widely used for other purposes.
The conveyor has an angle of inclination of up to 40°, which makes it possible to move packaged products to a height of up to 750 mm. The conveyor belt has transverse ribs that prevent the packaged goods from slipping.
