Volumetric doser with auger feeder, designed for volumetric dosing of dust-forming (dusting) bulk products into finished containers or packaging (package, bag, box). It operates in semi-automatic mode and requires the operator to install the container, give a command to start dosing, and collect the filled container. The equipment is used for filling and packaging starch, powdered sugar, chalk, flour, etc., with a capacity of up to 1000 doses per hour.

Job Description
To start dosing, the operator must place an empty package (container, bag) under the tube (short metal tube). Then the operator gives a signal to start dosing by pressing a button or pedal.
The packaged product is poured down the inclined walls to the hopper neck connected to the tube. A vertically located auger passes through the neck and the tube, the upper part of which is fixed in the electric drive. Spilling through the neck, the product fills the cavities between the screw surface of the auger and the inner surface of the tube. To prevent it from spilling, a valve is provided in the lower part of the tube.
When power is supplied from the CT201 meter located in the control unit, the electric drive begins to rotate the auger, thereby moving the product from the hopper down the tube. The rotation speed of the auger is determined by the values set on the frequency converter. Additionally, the electric drive activates the “agitators” in the hopper, which mix the product, preventing bridging and better pouring of the product to the neck of the hopper.
During the rotation of the auger, the valve in the lower part of the tube opens and the product moved by the auger is poured into the placed package (container). After reaching the number of pulses set on the “CT201” counter, the power supply to the electric drive is stopped, the auger stops and the valve on the tube closes, cutting off the dispensing of the product dose into the package.
The operator must replace the filled package (container, bag) with an empty one, after which he can again give a signal to start work (by pressing a button or pedal), continuing the dosing process.
Peculiarities
The dispenser is optimal for dosing dust-forming bulk products such as flour, dry milk, starch, cement, chalk. It can be used for products with high density or low humidity (tonner for printer cartridges).
The dispenser allows arbitrary change of the dose size and the packaged product, but it should be borne in mind that this dispenser uses the volumetric dosing method, measuring the dosed product not by weight, but by the number of revolutions of the auger. Therefore, when changing the dosed product, it is necessary to take into account its density, since with the same number of revolutions for different products, the weight of the portions may differ.
This equipment is produced in one model and modification HD-20.
