Carousel volumetric cup-type dispenser is designed for packing, by volumetric dosing, free-flowing products from 50 to 1500 cm3 into ready-made containers or packages (packages, bags, boxes). It operates in semi-automatic mode and requires the operator to install containers, give a command to start dosing, and collect filled containers. The equipment is used for packing and packaging sunflower seeds, peanuts, coffee beans and granulated coffee, cereals, sugar, salt, etc., with a capacity of up to 1000 doses per hour.

Job Description
To start dosing, the operator must place an empty package (container, bag) under the tube (short metal tube). Then the operator gives a signal to start dosing by pressing a button or pedal.
The product to be dosed is poured through the hopper neck into a “cup” secured to the carousel and located under the neck. The carousel has such an arrangement of “cups” that when one “cup” is under the neck, the opposite “cup” is above the tube. That is, the “cup” located under the hopper neck is filled with product and the “cup” located above the tube is emptied at the same time.
When the signal to start work is given (pressing a button or pedal), the electric drive of the dispenser rotates the carousel, moving the filled “cup” from the hopper neck towards the tube and placing the next empty “cup” under the neck. Upon reaching the tube, the filled “cup” empties, pouring its contents into the tube, under which the operator has placed the package (container). Spilling through the tube, the product fills the package.
The operator must replace the filled package (container, bag) with an empty one, after which he can again give a signal to start work (by pressing a button or pedal), continuing the dosing process.
Peculiarities
The dispenser is ideal for packing products that have good flowability and are capable of uniformly and quickly filling free cavities, such as cereals, rice, seeds, grain, seeds, salt, sugar, tea, coffee beans. The dispenser is not suitable for packing dusty or hard-to-flow products (flour, raisins, corn sticks). It is also necessary to take into account that the dispenser is not universal and has restrictions on changing the product being packed.
The volumetric dispenser is produced in one model OD, with modifications: OD-35 (for products with a fraction of 3 mm) and OD-50 (for products of any fraction).
