Weigh batcher with vibratory feeder VDV-8

The weighing platform batcher with a vibrating feeder is designed for packing, by weighing, bulk products from 2 to 30 kg into ready-made containers or packaging (package, bag, box). It operates in semi-automatic mode and requires the operator to install the container, give a command to start dosing, and collect the filled container. The equipment is used for packing and packaging pellets, soil, pasta, sunflower seeds, crushed stone, sand, animal feed, etc., with a capacity of up to 200 packages per hour.

Job Description

To start dosing, the operator must place an empty package (container, bag) on the weighing table and calibrate the scale zero, i.e. reset the weight indicators (this procedure is performed only once for packages of the same weight). The packaging must be placed on the weighing table in such a way that the product poured from the watering can falls directly into the packaging (container, bag).

The operator then signals the start of dosing by pressing a button or pedal. Upon receiving the signal to start operation, the Libra controller, located in the control unit, supplies power to the electromagnet of the vibratory tray, creating a linear vibration.

Under the action of such vibration, the product poured out of the hopper through the neck moves along the vibrating tray and is poured into the funnel. The product is poured along the funnel into a container or bag installed on the weighing table. The package filled with the product creates pressure on the weighing table, which is attached to the frame of the equipment on strain gauges (strain gauges).

The Libra controller, based on the signal from the strain gauges, monitors whether the packaging has reached the set weight parameters (dose size). When the set weight parameters (dose size) are reached, the controller stops the vibrating tray and stops dispensing the product into the packaging.

The operator must replace the filled package (container, bag) with an empty one, after which he can again give a signal to start work (by pressing a button or pedal), continuing the dosing process.

Peculiarities

The dispenser is optimal for packing products of any flowability (pellets, soil, pasta, seeds, crushed stone, sand, animal feed), with the exception of dusty ones (flour, powdered sugar, pepper). The weighing dispenser allows you to arbitrarily change the portions of the product being packed, as well as achieve the most accurate dosage. Unlike volumetric dispensers, it has no restrictions on changing the product being dispensed.A special feature of this dispenser is the use of a weighing table in the dispenser design. The presence of a table does not limit the size of the package (container, bag) and allows you to dispense products in much larger doses.

This weighing equipment is produced in one model VDV-8, with modifications according to the maximum dosage weight and the volume of the storage bin.
