Weigh batcher VD-1-4

A bucket weigher with a vibrating feeder is designed for weighing and dosing bulk non-dusting products into finished containers or packages (packages, bags, boxes). It operates in a semi-automatic mode and requires the operator to install the container, give a command to start dosing, and collect the filled container, with a capacity of 600 to 2400 packages per hour. The equipment is used for packing tea, whole-grain coffee, ground coffee, granulated coffee, seeds, nuts, etc.

Job Description

The product to be dosed is poured through the neck of the weigh batcher hopper onto a vibrating tray, which, vibrating with a given amplitude, feeds it into the weighing bucket. The bucket is attached to the equipment frame on a strain gauge (strain gauge). When the specified weight parameters are reached, the strain gauge sends a signal to the control unit, which stops the vibrating tray, stopping the product feed.

When receiving a signal to start work (the operator presses a button or pedal), the control unit sends a signal to open the weighing bucket. The bucket opens, pouring its contents into the funnel. The product is poured through the funnel into a container or package installed by the operator.

At this time, the control unit turns on the vibrating tray to fill the weighing bucket with the next portion of the product, and the operator must replace the filled container (package) with an empty one.

Peculiarities

The weighing batcher is ideal for packing products of any flowability (tea, coffee beans, ground coffee, granulated coffee, seeds, nuts), with the exception of dusty ones (flour, powdered sugar, pepper). The batcher allows you to arbitrarily change the portions of the packaged product, as well as achieve the most accurate dosage. Unlike volumetric batchers, it has no restrictions on changing the product being dosed.

The weighing batcher is available in models VD-1, VD-2, VD-3, VD-4. They differ from each other in the number of weighing buckets (“streams”) and, accordingly, in productivity. So, VD-1 has 1 “stream” and a productivity of up to 10 doses per minute, VD-2 – 2 “streams” and a productivity of 20 doses per minute, and VD-3 and VD-4 – 3 and 4 “streams” with an increase in productivity of 10 doses on each “stream”. Otherwise, the models are identical.
