Job Description

The product is loaded through a hinged lid. For complete unloading of the product and cleaning of the working container, the mixer design provides for the presence of a tilt. If the product is sufficiently fluid, unloading can be carried out through the product drain pipe at the bottom of the container.

Peculiarities

The maximum heating temperature of the product, depending on the heat carrier (water, oil, steam) can be 95; 120; 140 degrees C.

Equipment

The mixer is equipped with a jacket for heating the product. All parts of the mixer that come into contact with the product are made of food-grade stainless steel.
